A slow withdrawal is the problem we hear about most. In our experience, almost every delayed Betmica withdrawal comes down to one of a handful of causes, and nearly all of them can be avoided before you press “Withdraw”. This guide starts with the quick how-to, explains the pending period, then works through each common problem and its fix.
How to withdraw from Betmica: the quick version
- Complete verification first. KYC must be done before your first withdrawal — see our KYC guide.
- Open Cashier → Withdraw after logging in.
- Pick the method you deposited with. The closed-loop rule applies (more below).
- Enter the amount — minimum £10, maximum £5,000 per day.
- Confirm. The request goes into a pending review of up to 24 hours, then it’s sent to your method.
Betmica charges no withdrawal fees. Full method details are on the withdrawals page.
The pending period: what’s normal
Every Betmica withdrawal sits as “pending” for up to 24 hours while the payments team reviews it. They check that the account is verified, the bonus terms are met and the destination is in your name. Pantheon Club members at Platinum and above get a faster review.
During this window you may be able to cancel the withdrawal. If you’re tempted to reverse it and play the money back, be honest with yourself — a reality check or a deposit limit can help.
Only start chasing a withdrawal after the pending window plus the method’s processing time has passed.
Payout times by method
| Method | After pending review | Total, worst case | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| PayPal | Within 12 hours | About 36 hours | Fastest in our tests |
| Skrill / Neteller | Within 12 hours | About 36 hours | Must be the e-wallet you deposited with |
| Trustly / Open Banking | Same day | About 2 days | Paid straight to your bank |
| Visa / Mastercard Debit | 1–3 working days | About 4 working days | Debit cards only on UK accounts |
| Bank transfer | 2–5 working days | About 6 working days | Weekends and bank holidays add time |
| Paysafecard | Not available | — | Deposit-only |
Limits: minimum £10, maximum £5,000 per day and £25,000 per month (higher for Pantheon Platinum and above).
Common problems and their fixes
Withdrawal stuck on “pending”
Cause: still inside the 24-hour review, or flagged for a manual check. Fix: wait the full 24 hours. If it’s still pending after that, ask live chat whether any document is outstanding.
KYC hold
Cause: verification isn’t finished, or a document has expired or been rejected. Fix: check the Verification section of your account and upload what’s requested. Reviews usually take 24–48 hours. Our KYC guide has photo tips.
Bonus wagering not finished
Cause: you have an active bonus. The Betmica welcome bonus carries 10x wagering on the bonus amount within 30 days; slots count 100%, live casino and table games 10%, jackpots 0%. Fix: either finish wagering or forfeit the bonus. Withdrawing before wagering completes forfeits the bonus funds and any winnings from them. Check your progress in the bonus tab, and see our wagering requirements guide.
Closed-loop rule
Cause: you’ve asked to withdraw to a different method from the one you deposited with. Fix: withdraw to the original method. If you deposited with more than one method, ask live chat how the payout will be split before you request it.
Name mismatch
Cause: the bank account, card or e-wallet isn’t in the same name as your Betmica account. Fix: payouts can only go to a method in your own name. Add one, and provide proof of ownership if asked.
Paysafecard deposits
Cause: Paysafecard is deposit-only, so it can’t receive money. Fix: add a bank account (bank transfer or Open Banking) or another method in your name. Support will confirm which one to use.
Daily or monthly limit reached
Cause: you’ve hit £5,000 in a day or £25,000 in a month. Fix: request the remainder after the limit resets, or split the payout over several days.
Bank declined the payment
Cause: some banks block or delay gambling transactions, or you’ve switched on a gambling block in your banking app. Fix: check your bank app. If a gambling block is on, it may be there for a good reason — think before removing it. Otherwise, ask your bank to release it, or use an e-wallet. See payment problems.
Withdrawal reversed or returned to your balance
Cause: either you cancelled it during pending, or the payment bounced — closed account, wrong details, mismatched name. Fix: check your transaction history for the status. If it bounced, correct the payment details and request it again. If you didn’t cancel it, ask live chat for the reason in writing.

Tips for a smooth first withdrawal
- Verify at sign-up rather than waiting until you win.
- Deposit with the method you’d like to be paid with — PayPal or Open Banking for speed.
- Avoid Paysafecard if you expect to withdraw.
- Read the bonus terms before opting in. If you’d prefer no wagering, decline the welcome bonus; the Hermes Cashback and Olympus Spin Thursdays offers pay winnings as cash.
- Keep the name on your Betmica account identical to your bank details.

Escalating a withdrawal that’s still not paid
If everything above checks out and the money still hasn’t arrived:
- Contact Betmica live chat (08:00–00:00 UK time) with the withdrawal ID, amount, date and method.
- Follow up in writing through the Help Centre form so there’s a record.
- If unresolved, raise a formal complaint. Betmica has up to 8 weeks to respond.
- After that, take it to the ADR provider listed in Betmica’s terms. Our account blocked guide explains the complaint route in more detail.
